Fortezza Pizza - Ballerup

It is a small place but there is always clean in the store and the food is really good and friendly service.

Have ordered from there over a time. usually the same. 1 pizza and a soda. I usually get ruccola salad on my pizza, but have experienced a few times that they have sent out with alm iceberg salad. Last missing chilli and so this time it was not my order. They were closed at 21.00, so I didn't want to get dinner the day, therefore I ate a sandwich with tun, which is not my favorite. 10min after calling it on my door that I ́m calling the boss, who said that if I didn’t transfer money for what I had received, we would be very unfriends and I cum’t get food from there more, so I’m paying for a pizza I never got and it they had delivered wrong. I should have called, but the way to handle the situation was in my optics not particularly professional.

Yes was here for some days ago and it was really good food and the service was really good. sweet people come 100% here again!!
