Kfc - Ballymena

The food was fantastic, but the lady in glasses who prepared the meal truly stood out. She was wonderful with my son and made our dining experience unforgettable. Her interactions had my son smiling the entire time. I would give this place five stars just for her!

I called in tonight with my sons, and the place was really busy, both at the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. I was served by Gillian, who provided outstanding customer service. She is incredibly charming and friendly, making each customer feel like they're the most important person she serves. She is truly an asset to the company. This is customer service at its finest, and I had a great experience overall.
