The evening view is spectacular if you manage to get seated on the outside deck area. However, we weren't thrilled with the meal itself. The crab dip and the entrees were very salty. Also, the greens did not seem to be rinsed off enough or maybe at all, making them gritty (and a bit scary) to chew. My advice would be to tone down the salt a bit and spend some time rinsing off the greens. Hopefully, our experience was an anomaly, as we have had great dinners there in the past.
Lovely setting on the water. Went for brunch. Service was good, as were the drinks, but the menu and food were underwhelming.
We were served tardily and sloppily, and received entrees with ingredients different from those on the menu. Scallops were raw and apple cobbler came in black metal pans that the paint had leached into the dessert. After eating paint we insisted that the dinner be comped. The restaurant complied but that doesn’t make up for ingesting paint.
This was a beautiful spot and we had great meals. Our waitress was very sweet and on the job!
We liked the idea that the produce is locally grown and they use local youth to keep the garden but two of the three meals at our table were very oversalted. Atmosphere is nice and the waterfront view is beautiful but our waiter also appeared to have too many tables and run off his feet working the inside and the patio.
