We plan an breakfast in bamberg and press, also by alternative critics side, on a very popular caffeine in bambergs city. the internet site is appealing. the offer from the breakfast from the “simplified brot with butter and jam” to the very opulent variants. coffee, tee or kakao are always included. the price from 5,80€ is quite ok. reservation by email works well and is confirmed very short term. the austraße they find quite fast. at nr. 14 it becomes more difficult – we are passing first. in the 2nd run we find the entrance. then a staircase up – and you are in the middle. beautiful! completely natural, but harmoniously decorated and beautiful. The hofcafé is not visible from the outside what it promises inside. behind a simple entrance is a caffeine and bistro ice cream hidden over two etagens with center in the 1st floor. various corners and niches, a free-air balcony (galerie,) a small room and a generous theke cordially invite people of different generations and cultures. after the greeting of the reserved space we are shown. size is true, only “the location” is not optimal on this sunny Sunday morning. but a space on the gallery for 5 people would hardly have been possible. families sometimes have disadvantages. we can enjoy the places but students. on the breakfast card that we have received immediately, we will quickly add: 2x the “Ringleatz Breakfast” with 2 rolls, butter, jam and honey and 2x the “Frency” with full corncroissant, butter, honey and land. during the waiting period we have the opportunity to visit the toilets and will not be disappointed here either: small, but reasonably clean. the breakfast then corresponds to expectations. even if they are baked baked baked baked baked goods, they are edible. Honey and jam are not only luxuriously portioned, we need to reorder that is possible without problems, but pay for a portion jam also 0.80€ extra. that's not exactly a little. the coffee tastes, but could be a bit hotter. at the tee, everything is in order. Conclusion: the offer of this house is appealing, the service on this Sunday morning well organized and flash. If now instead of the now usual bakery goods, good bakery were offered, I would judge the breakfast, even if the price with included drinks, very likely with “good” (4 stars). so we come to a “all okay”.
