I didn't see the harm we paid for them, he wasn't busy, and it was a dead man. so I didn't stop her. he has roasted the bagels for them, despite the rule a different rate for a single bagel, roasted, with narrower than for a bag of bagels and a package of narrower. so we never bought a bag bag bagels again. but we were back. we drove back again and again, as customers many paints, many things to buy. at a point the loading owner mocked the woman and the children who had bought the bag of bagels and narrow and then asked to have roasted them, to me, seemingly unconscious that I was it he was mocked. I've nodded. I decided to let it go and continue to recommend its shop to others, and returned as often as suitable. we enjoyed music played by local musicians and encouraged others to come along. the years have shown, however, that this shop owner has much to learn how to communicate, respect and sometimes even pay, train and plan his employees. we have seen him mistreat and even harassed by a medical emergency. So, sad, and with all respect, I have retrieved my previous positive review of this company, and hope that the load owner will rethink some of the ways he reacts to customers and employees.
If you want a bagel do not go here. The product is not what you think a bagel should be, and the owner makes 100% sure that your customer experience will be awful, worse than the bagels. It’s almost 2022, can Barre get a bagel shop?
So good. Only place that usually has a gluten free option. So hard to find that in Barre! Only sad thing is they are closed Wednesdays and Thursdays right now.
We crave good bagels and Maria's hit the spot. A great rotation so we will be back to try others!
Good bagels, when they're not burnt. The warming conveyor grill/toaster is full of grease (never gets cleaned) and fires are common, while the workers will ignore the fact that they're giving you burnt bagels. If mgmt. can fix this recurring problem once and for all, we'd have a really great bagel place. Instead, they'll dismiss feedback as spam
