My recent visit was very much disappointed. It was a weekday and crowd was normal when we reached there. We ordered garlic bread, pizza, french fries, cold coffee, soup. We got our food on time. But the pain started when two big group came. One group for birthday celebration and another one for dinner. After that they didn't bother to serve us or look at us also. We had ordered one kit kar shake and it's been more than 30 mints and it has not yet served to us. We were planning to had dinner also. But we had to cancel and came to home with half filled. They are very bad at managing crowd. We all are there to have food and make their profit. It should not be like they have to entertain big group only and forget the smaller group customer However price wise it's reasonable but they have to work on their staffs to handle these kind of situation. Want to add: 1- The pizza dough taste was bad. When it was hot, we couldn't identify it. But after sometime it became cold and we were not able to had a single bite. 2- I was having cold coffee, it was not finished and they took it. I went out to see off my frnd, when I came back, it was vanished
