Subway (Benowa)

I enjoy Burrito Bar because it offers a range of casual and formal dining options. The 25 cent wings on Wednesdays are what keeps me coming back. Although I had a negative experience at the Southport location, I decided to try the Benowa branch instead. The wings were delicious and covered in sauce. I hope they continue to offer this special, as I am a local and had a great time during my last visit.

We popped in for lunch mid week and ordered the taco platter for two and two cans of drink. Came to about $30. The food was made fresh and delivered to our table. It was more than enough food for us both and it tasted delicious. It wasn't the typical greasy fatty Mexican that you can get. It was really clean and well spiced. The restaurant does feel a little dark inside but the music and friendly service make up for it.

Sent an email to a reply that seemed close to a automatically generated or copy pasted from a pre written document. Have had NO REPLY back. The staff was friendly, nice venue and a good menu. After ordering the food it was less than expected. We had several different taco's from their taco Monday deal, as we ate them the warmest taco might've been below lukewarm at best. The chicken was not charred/grilled but slightly burnt and dry. Also ordered the Mexican fries as they sounded good and it was recommended by a friend that it was a good side but the oil was clearly old from where the fries were fried in but the flavours and chipotle sauce was good. They were also clearly understaffed and it took about 25-30 min for the taco's to be made and served. The burrito bar which also promotes their extensive cocktail menu for their beautiful and yummy looking drinks where unfortunately as a business out of ICE and we had to cancel our cocktail for a different bottled drink and as we decided on the cider on the menu they didn't have the exclusive brand of cider they would carry but instead offered a strongbow, a little plus note is that the staffmember gave a little discount on the cider it was not the one on the menu.

We were given a Groupon voucher for the Ashmore Burrito Bar and we were pleasantly surprised. The fish tacos were delicious and the Biest Nachos XL was definitely extra large! We decided to have margaritas for our drinks and we enjoyed them. Just when we thought we couldn't fit anything else, we were served churros and ice cream, which we happily made room for because they were so tasty. Highly recommended. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. While it may be quiet at times, the staff is consistently helpful and friendly. The steak nachos are flavorful and I also highly recommend the crispy pakoras. This place offers great food at affordable prices, providing good value for your money.
