Contribuer aux commentairesThe Dunkin' Donuts in Bensenville should be closed down. They never seem to have a variety of donuts, with employees just standing around and no donuts available. It's a terrible place to visit and I will not be going back there again.
This Dunkin Donuts location was seriously the worst I have ever experienced. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving, but ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes and still did not receive my complete order. I gave up and left with just an iced coffee and sausage wrap, which were nothing special. The person in front of me was also waiting for a wrap and mentioned that he goes to a different location that runs more efficiently. I empathize with the fact that they only had 3 employees working, 2 on coffee and 1 on food, but when my iced coffee was sitting there and they added more ice despite my request for less ice, I was not pleased. I ended up with a watered-down coffee and couldn't wait any longer for my sausage wrap, so I left without it, even though I had already paid for it. There was no offer of reimbursement or apology. As I left, I saw twelve cars in the drive-thru, indicating that this location was definitely struggling. I would like a refund for my sausage wrap, but I doubt it is possible since I paid for it online.
The drive-thru employee is rude with poor customer service skills. They simply take your payment and hand you your drink without a single word exchanged.
Nothing like a melted, stale donut thrown in a bag for you!!! So disappointed in the Dunkin lately. ????
I wish I could put zero stars my food was messed up and she repeated my order to me correct so I don?t know how that happened then they put paper on the donuts so all of the frosting came off and all my food is cold when I asked for it warmed up ????0/10the worst service
