Amazing restaurant with amazing serive. One of my favourites in Berlin

We came to dinner on a Friday night. When we arrived there was not much going on, we had a table reserved and quickly got the menus and were asked for drinks. they then came to the place very quickly and we could order the food. far too long and after several questions came the appetizer and shortly afterwards the heads. the hush puppies was only finished without further taste. the rippchen were tough and fad, the chicken was great and the brisket was very tasty.Until we could then pay round also went too much time, meanwhile the load was full and the owner and his coworker were absolutely overwhelmed. so everything took too long

Despite the façade, no riddle is given, because the chef doesn't want it!? so a bright one from the barrel ordered to then learn more min later that the beer is all. Eating takes forever and without a cake you put the bill on the table to express that the guests should go now. Conclusion. absolutely no customer orientation
