Aroma Joe's - Biddeford

Waited 25 minutes in line. Ordered a Rush no ice which I’ve done at the location in South Portland many times. They give me a **** warm flat drink. Every time I’ve gotten it in SoPo it was still cold, just wouldn’t get watered down. Regret wasting money here.

The women who work the early morning shift are outstanding. Their customer service is top-notch. They are the best!! Food: 5/5

Awful service. two girls working one girl took the order to the other window m, gave them there things and they left while i was sitting at the other window for 10 minute while both made eye contact but did not help me. multiple cars started coming to the other side and she decided to help them but never came to me. decided to leave as they clearly didn’t care. thought aromas had better service then this.

The service at this restaurant has improved in the past few months, so I have decided to give it an additional star in my review.

I mean come on its aroma joes what's not to love. Aj rush love them.Food: 5/5
