Dirty bathrooms- sink has not been clean in months- they need to scrub it! It 8:57 on a Tuesday morning and there’s TP on the ground- toilet not flushed- floors need mopping. Yes I informed the staff

I drove thru the drive thru and AMBER made my day. Such a sweet disposition and attitude from the girl at Starbucks turned my whole day around. Traveling alone on the holidays is so no fun and a few minutes chatting with AMBER and my outlook brightened. She suggested the perfect coffee drink that was also delicious and yummy. She also suggested a few snacks for the road. Thank you AMBER, you never really know the impact you have on people or what they are going through. Bless you for taking a minute to talk me through my order and making me smile.

I only go to this Starbucks because the one in town usually gets the order wrong and I have wait forever to my wrong coffee
