Twice seated in the main dining area but the last time seated in the 'bar ' area. The main dining room was a very pleasant dining experience that we quite enjoyed . However, being seated in a booth in the bar dining area was awful. I guess because I was dining alone that day the hostess decided that I didn 't need a quiet, pleasant dining experience. (It was midday on a Thursday and the restaurant was not crowded. There was no line of people waiting. The waitress who served me was fine. She did her job , no problems. However, there was another crude, loud-mouthed waitress who hollered back and forth across the dining area as people were seated and eating. The TV was loud and disruptive. There was an issue with the coffee machine and the bar tender had to do something with it that caused it to make a very loud and disturbing noise for about 5 minutes. That area of the restaurant was filthy. The table had been wiped off but the walls, window area, floor and seat were gross and dirty. Finally, your card reader would not accept my debit card so I paid and tipped in cash. The loud-mouthed waitress mumbled to the other waitress she claims that our machine isn 't working . How insulting!!! I used the same debit card at retail locations both before and after visiting your restaurant. I came in for a quiet, peaceful mid-day respite and left angry and with indigestion. I may come back but certainly never plan to eat in your bar area ever again.
All you can eat soup salad and bread sticks actually mean all your waiter is willing to give you. Ran out of the soup my wife a daughter ordered so they were out of luck. I had to eat 6 bowls of my soup just so I felt like I got my moneys worth. My son order spaghetti and meatballs and liked it but said my home made spaghetti was way better. So now I am going to open my own Italian restaurant.
This has to be one of the worst Olive Garden locations in the country. Having worked at an OG for two years, I know the corporate standards, and this location falls terribly short. I get they are short-staffed, as many service industry establishments are, but the service was lousy, their was a long, black, curly hair in my daughter's pizza, the floors were a mess and many of the tables sat dirty. I blame management for all of these issues. Never saw a manager on the floor and when we told the server about the hair in the meal, she avoided our table until it was time to go. Never offered to refill drinks and wouldn't stand still long enough for us to finish a sentence. The worst part was that she was apparently training another server. Excellence replicates itself but so does a lack thereof. I hate to leave bad reviews and try to find something positive to say even with a bad experience, but we won't be back to this location. Do better!
Most of the time I focus on the positives but our experience at this location was not very positive. This post is not about the food but the services It was our first family dinner on vacation, we had already called and made the reservations. Once we arrived it took them even longer to get us seated. We already knew what we were gonna get, so we were all set to order and waiting for the server…. It took them so long to even get the drink order and even longer to get the drinks to our table, despite of us constantly calling and reminding them that we are waiting over here… everything was so delayed that we almost decided to leave before eating.
Large group of 14, called ahead and we were seated appropriately. Had long wait till we were greeted by our server. Then after informing her kids are hungry to at least expedite bread/salad, we weren’t even given beverages (including water) for 20 minutes despite multiple complaints. Manager apologetic, and expedited things, but still left a very sour taste in our mouth.
