Waited 40 minutes for my food in the drive-through food was cold, and the staff was too busy playing to give me my food

Love their char broiled burgers. The employees are kind and do quick service.

It was good food and service. I didn't like the lead telling employees to just keep swimming, it sounded like it was belittling them.

The food is always great but they do not get in any hurry to serve you.

The last 2 times I have went to this location I ended up leaving before they took my order. This morning, with not a soul in the drive thru or lobby I was asked to wait for a moment before she could place my order. No big deal but after a few minutes and hearing them through the drive thru speaker laughing and giggling, I ended up driving off. It will be a while before I return to this location.
