This location is in a dumpy area. I ordered the chicken enchilada and chili Relleno. They describe them in the menu as fried but they were soggy, with a teaspoon of cheese inside. The margarita tasted like it lacked tequila. The salsa and chips were great! I would never go here again. Don’t waste your time or money in this fast food version of Mexican food reheated at best. Fast service. We've been patrons of this restaurant for about 20 years. The fajitas are excellent and the Huavos Rancheros are good and spicy. My wife likes the Fajitas baked potato. This restaurant is located in the most traveled intersection in Stone County. This place will remain as one of our go to restaurants. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Good tasting food and portion sizes for a fair price. The décor feels right for the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The fajita nachos were unique but tasty. The chicken, beef enchiladas, and tacos, along with the rice and beans, all had a similar and rather bland flavor. Everything was just okay. The red sauce was served on everything, which didn't help the taste. I've never done this before, but I have to admit that we left without leaving a tip. The waiter only took our order and delivered the food—I've experienced more interaction at a drive-thru at McDonald's! I considered leaving a couple of dollars as a tip, but honestly, for what? This was the worst service I've ever encountered at a full-service restaurant! Rating for the food: 2 out of 5.
