Dunkin' - Brewer

The food and customer service here are by far some of the worst I have experienced. I was constantly rushed with my order, and the food was old, dry, and burnt. Not to mention the drinks were very poorly made and disgusting, we did not drink them. Howhard is it to make a frozen coffee and have it taste normal like all the other Dunkin? I do not recommend this place there areplenty of other places to go.

Ever since i?ve gotten my baby girl i?ve made it a habit to bring her with me when i run out to get drinks at drive-thrus, because she loves car rides (and quite frankly loves human food too! it?s always a pleasure visiting this location becauseeveryone is so friendly but this time around i had my girl and she just had a BLAST meeting the staff! we met a nice workernamed Austin that even gave her a couple blueberry munchkins (which she devoured! we thank you guys again! more positivity tothe world! <3

Don't go here, asked for a vanilla Chai, got a coffee with vanilla flavoring......went back through the drive through to say it's wrong it took 10 mins to get another wrong chai.....what a waste of money... I won't be back to this location, I workright down the road.....Dunkin, train your people.

Not once has this location gotten an order correct, but my last visit will be my last visit. Waited in drive through for half an hour to reach the speaker...informed them I was picking up a web order...they told me that both drinks were unavailable...theymade substitutions...I told them to make sure there was NO MEAT in the order, because they had screwed that up.lasttime...another 20 minutes to get to the window...they tell me they have no web orders! Five emoyees standing at the windowmotionless, with blank expressions...oblivious that they just told me they had to change the order that they now say neverexisted! Finally got passed the food, ice cold breakfast sandwiches, and two drinks that could not have been more bitter andvile!! Complete and utter incompetence...I have fired people that were better workers than every single employee at thisl8cation!

I?m not usually someone who makes reviews. But I came here and ordered a bagel in drive thru and I noticed the female who had just been working the window go and make my bagel and she only had one glove on and she held my bagel in her ungloved hand. Shequickly realized I was watching her and set the bagel down, but still bagged and gave me the contaminated bagel. You would thinksince she had been working the window and touching peoples cards and money she would had 1) washed her hands and 2) wore thecorrect amount of gloves.
