Kfc - Brewer

Ordered a few things, had to ask 3 separate times at the window for the rest of our order, was given attitude, window slammed over and over. Do not recommend. Drive across town and go to the other location, save your frustration. The 12 year old at thewindow needs to learn manners and lose his attitude.

Ordered 2 popcorn meals and then 2 sides of coleslaw. Checked order as I have to always at this location and had to ask for the rolls, butter and dipping sauce. The kid at the window was really rude because obviously it was my fault that the person packingthe bags can't read! After leaving the window I had to park go into the store to get utensils waiting behind the lady that hadparked next to me looking for the same thing. Then taking a drink of my soda it was not the kind that I ordered. VERY POORSERVICE! We will not be back! I suggest that when the voice asks you what can I get for you, you say... what do you feel likegiving me? Wasn't my first encounter with them but will definitely be the last!

I took my granddaughter to the KFC in Brewer, Maine tonight for dinner. We ordered a K9 with 4 chicken tenders and a K10. From past experience we checked the order bag for utensils and sure enough there weren?t any but forgot to check for napkins andthere wasn?t any of those either. When we opened the bag we found that the K9 only had 3 tenders instead of the 4 that I paidfor. Then to add insult to injury, my granddaughter pointed out to me that I was charged 10 cents for the bag that the ordercame in. I think the food is very good but I?m getting very tired of the service at this restaurant. And to have them chargeme money for a bag when they didn?t include utensils, napkins and messed up on my order is high way robbery.

Last week got regular taco supreme and the Taco shells were all stale. Today ordered 3taco supremes. No tomatoes on any of them. Not wasting my time to complain does no good, so be the last time I eat there or any KFC. They have gone downhill

The staffs great. Working with limited supplies. 9pm at night they were open and fed us . Too bad all they had was chicken that had been sitting in the warmer for a while. It was ok . Staff was very apologetic but cheerful and friendly.
