Cet article sur un restaurant situé dans un jardin charmant, au centre de Brissac, met en avant une ambition culinaire certaine. Le service était excellent et amical, le vin parfait et le dessert à base de framboises décevant. Les plats principaux étaient acceptables mais sans réelle saveur. Malgré tout, la qualité de la nourriture était appréciée par certains, en particulier la viande fumée. Le décor était apprécié, mais le restaurant était jugé pretentieux par certains clients. En dépit de quelques critiques négatives, la plupart des avis soulignaient la qualité exceptionnelle de la cuisine française et du service, ce qui en faisait une adresse recommandée, en règle générale, Jardin aux Sources a été évalué 4.5.
