The management needs to Sort the public signs and rude customer service or train them accurately on what to say to customer. I was not only spoken rudely by staff but denied service simply because I was wearing a helmet . Extreamly poor customer service by the elderly gentlemen who told me that wearing a helmet is illegal. I only came inside the shop because I couldn’t hear him. I then showed him a valid Id and he stated it’s fake. I am Never coming back here

I have decided if there is a next time, when the moody old lady behind the till throws the carrier bag at me I’m going to throw it back at her. So rude made me feel so angry. Nice one BP

I enjoyed the French fries overload, good size serving and really delicious. Some of us had the caesar salad and they also liked how freshly made it was. Most of the staff were nice. Great concept of fresh food. The female and family toilet flush had issues.

Had to stop as I had a flat tire on the way home and wait 4 hours for the RAC Recovery. As I was cold and hungry I was given a free coffee and hot food throughout my time waiting for roadside assistance. Honestly really appreciated and touching that the staff made sure I was fed and watered and made sure I was okay. Especially in this snowy weather and the time in the evening. Staff are lovely and would definitely be coming here in future for my fuel

Just walked 15 minutes to the BP garage. It's supposed to be open 24 hours a day. There's a staff member in there but she's saying they're closed? No message on the front window or anything warning customers. 2.25am and nowhere else open for a mile. Shocking!
