Fontana - Brossard

What a pleasant surprise to discover that La Fontana is not listed on Yelp yet! This cozy restaurant opened a few years ago in Quartier Dix 30, and I have been a fan ever since.

We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive our main dishes, and the service was inconsistent at best.

We waited for an hour just for them to bring the bread to the table, received no service from the waitresses. The food took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive and was cold.

Had the best Mac N Cheese of my life here last week. It was the best $15 I've ever spent. My friend and I walked in, were seated, and the waiter presented the menu. It only took a few minutes after ordering that our food came. The baked macaroni came with creamy sauce and were garnished with pancetta bits. It was delicious! It arrived warm and tasty and left me 100% satisfied. Can't wait to come back.

My hubby and I had a reservation for a Valentine dinner at Fontana's. We love to try different restaurants and had not been to Fontana's yet. Great discovery! Food was wonderful! Service was a little slow and they seemed confused about the Valentine menu, but they always stopped by our table to explain. We were in no rush, so for us it was not a big deal. I tried the Banana Nutella specialty Martini, OMG! Heavenly!
