Beautiful meal, decided to not eat out but have an old fashion fish and chips supper, amazing fresh food and lovely service

Never eaten from there before so hopefully it was a one off.. ordered 2 sausage, chips, cheese and gravy. chips were really under cooked, the cheese turned into this gross, solidified state and the sausages were peppery tasting, me and my partner couldn’t stomach it. it’s quite far away so I wasn’t about to drive back down for a refund, it was the nearest one open at the time and had good reviews but next time I think I’ll wait

Portion size very small with the chips a large bag looks like a small disgusting for the price aswell let me refraise that the food is lovely it's just the portion size that's what I ment

Disinterested staff, didn’t know what we were waiting for as they didn’t say....turns out it was gravy (once they’d finished chatting) well when I got home, was actually brown water that ruined my dinner. Won’t bother again

Asked for gravey which I didn't get.chips were cold.never again.
