Mcdonald's - Buffalo

The mcdonald’s on mckinley is a nice mcdonald’s. the service is quite fast and eating is in the regular hot. I'll go to the coffee in the morning and it's always fresh. the workers are super nice and friendly. would recommend. food: 5/5

Half hour drive thru wait, just to get the wrong food entirely.Lobby is closed, couldn’t return food.Had to wait in the drive-thru for another 20 minutes.Food was then made correctly and it was delicious, but the fries were old and soggy.

I did a MOBILE ORDER and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I would have normally gotten over it, people make mistakes. But my experience changed when I tried to call to bring it to their attention no one answered the phone. It’s the lack of customer service for me.

So all I have to say is this place literally needs to be shut down. I came from NYC to Buffalo for a wedding, Firstly it was very difficult to find any good place to eat in Buffalo, but we figured get McDonald's is an establishment that's usually the same wherever you go. Wrong! This McDonald's is the worse I've EVER been to. Just NASty and horrible service.
