I ordered room service formula here during the stay in the double tree hilton and was disappointed by the trip. I only ordered a Caesar salad with grilled salmon and asked for no sardelle. I was told that the sardels were in the dressur, so I didn't have a dressur and make it mayonnaise instead. after a few minutes of clearing that I have hung up with a sigh we have 'no damaging clothes and a side of the mayonnaise '. so I later get my caesar salat with a small piece of cold salmon not grilled as the menu said and no mayonnaise. so easy salate, shaved parmesan, cool speck pieces, and a salmon cum in a bowl. I could not be harassed to report the thema, because I was just too tired and hungry, so ate what I was given. this experience did not justify the price of the meal and I will recommend ordering or eating from here.

I visited The Atrium with my son tonight to order from the dessert menu. I asked three times for the prices from the staff (Nimesh), who arrogantly told me "you can look at me!" This made me feel uncomfortable, especially when I questioned the high price of $12 for a child's dessert. Throughout my visit, I noticed there were only three other diners in the restaurant, leading me to believe that the lack of customer service and high prices could be contributing factors. I will be avoiding this restaurant for the remainder of my stay. On a side note, the RSL down the street offers amazing desserts, including a delicious ice cream with chocolate topping for only a dollar, and they always serve with a smile.

We had just flown in, we are tired and needed only a light meal. we have to share for oysters kilpatrick and a chicken patch. the personal was very friendly and obligated. the oysters were big and juicy and the chicken tender and appealing. the free bottle. by wein was very acceptable. we're coming back!

While staying at the Doubletree Hilton in Cairns, we dined at the Atrium for both dinner and breakfast. Our dinner on the first night was fantastic, with dishes such as the wagyu burger and the butcher plate impressing us with their presentation and taste. My husband even rated his butcher plate as one of the best dishes he's ever had, and he's quite discerning! The restaurant was quiet during our dinner, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was also enjoyable, with plenty of options to choose from and friendly service. Overall, a pleasant dining experience at the Atrium.
