I love the location, storefront, and overall aesthetic of The Chocolate Lab, and the staff were really friendly. However, the product itself didn’t impress me.... I tried a green sample while browsing, though I can’t seem to find it on their website now. The chocolate was stunning, as always, and the filling was absolutely delicious. But the chocolate coating was the thinnest I’ve ever encountered, which felt a bit strange. The base chocolate piece wasn’t attached to the top layer, and the top cracked apart like a Revello as soon as I bit into it. The chocolate also had a slightly grainy texture at the end. This place might be more about the filling than the chocolate itself. I may consider returning.

The staff at The Chocolate Lab are fantastic, and their menu offers unparalleled products. From beautiful bonbons to soft, flavorful fruity caramels and chocolate bars, everything is top-notch. I’m excited to see what creations they come up with next. For anyone who complains about the service here, I think they need to reconsider their attitude. The team at The Chocolate Lab crafts amazing handmade treats and is always kind and generous. I’ve even seen staff being unfairly pressured by customers seeking special favors. Keep strong, The Chocolate Lab—you’re doing everything right!
