This has been a very disappointing experience. The first year, they oversold our tickets, causing us to miss part of the rodeo while they sorted out the issue.... Despite multiple complaints to management, we only received complimentary tickets the following year. Then, we were removed from the pre-sale ticket list that year. When we asked why, they told us it was because our tickets had been complimentary the year before, disregarding their initial mistake. The organization here is truly poor. On a positive note, our waitress was fantastic and not at fault. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
