Lire plus I didn’t check the reviews since they moved, and I get that it’s not the same as the old spot. My review is more of a comparison for those who loved the original Tubby Dog like we did. We really enjoyed the old place—it was always a favorite for family and friends. The new location has a vibe straight out of a ’70s movie, which is kinda cool but not really my scene. The tables felt too small for both drinks and food. The waiter was great, and the staff were all friendly—big thumbs up to them. The food portions are smaller, especially the hot dogs, though the new bun is tasty. Unfortunately, the menu options are quite limited compared to the old Tubby Dog—no fries, just a small Halloween-sized bag of chips that were disappointing since the menu said "ripped chips," but they were just regular thin chips. The washrooms are spacious with enough room for a wheelchair, and the tables are suitably sized for pulling up a wheelchair, but I didn’t see a ramp at the entrance—only stairs (could be that I missed it, or it’s just dark at night). Would I go back? I’m not sure. There are plenty of other places downtown now, so I probably wouldn’t go out of my way like I used to. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: CA$10–20
