The new girl, who was very polite, took my order accurately—I requested a medium roast. However, the tall girl with a braid mixed in dark roast and, instead of admitting her mistake, blamed the new employee. It was obvious the new girl followed the order correctly, but the tall girl ignored her own error. The whole situation felt very unprofessional and unpleasant.
