Confraria Sushi - Cascais

We have walked by this restaurant several times the last several years znd thought we give it a try this time, as it looks attractive with its outside terrace. The welcome by a hostess was underwhelming saying something like « sushi only » as we wanted to eat outside on the terrace. We were seated right away and actually found the menu was confusing, received not much help nor suggestions from the manager taking the order, granted the restaurant started to get busy. We ordered Soft Shell crab and a Shrimp with Risotto dish, found both dishes tastewise nothing special nor appealing. The service at the restaurant lacked attention and friendliness, granted the place was getting filled up. May be you have better luck next time.

Lugar muito escuro, bem lotado e elegante, com bom atendimento, preços justos e ótima comida. Totalmente lotado no sábado à noite em que fomos, então faça reservas. O cardápio é extenso, mas alguns provadores entraram lá e nos permitiram ter uma variedade divertida a preços muito bons. O serviço é rápido, por isso não se demore em uma travessa ou prato. Gostámos totalmente da Confraria!

It is always a pleasure to dinate at Confraria! The quality and freshness of the fish is always excellent. The staff is always attentive, but not too attentive. The ambience is relaxed and the music is great.

Very relaxed atmosphere, excellent service and affordable prices. The food was well prepared and very delicious. We ordered the tempura EBI spicy the vulcan Maki with salmon, the gyoza with frango, chicken gyoza, tempura shrimp, and the Gunkan Taco Spicy with salmon, octopus tempura and spicy sauce. Everything was well prepared and the presentation was excellent. For the desert we ordered the lemon mousse with pistachio crumbs and it was amazing!

Uma boa experiência de sushi. Recomendo os coquetéis. de resto, tempura de camarão explosivo em sabores. muito bom e fresco ceviche de salmão. o negócio da casa pode ser mais recheado, mas tudo foi ótimo. Valeu a pena.
