Wendy's - Chandler

I used to love Wendy's; it was my favorite place to eat. That was until I visited this location. I live just across the street and have ordered from here at least ten times, yet they have never once gotten my order right. Not a single time. If you're craving Wendy's, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Food good but service is so slow. Maybe need to hire more people and train better. Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through after I paid for my food and there was no one else in the drive through.

They didn't have customers and the drive thru took 5min to take my order, rude Hosts, didn't give me utensils, please find another Wendy's near by, this place has horrible, very disrespectful customer service.

Later in the night to get chicken sandwiches and fries at 9:30. sandwiches were made right, but the fries were cold and the workers forgot, even after twice asked.

Served good food, but last time only 1 order at a time in drive thru. was there at 18:00 clock and saw at least 6 cats behind me from the line. 20 min wait for a larger bag with time spent waiting for them to take my order.
