No better way to eat on a cold and rainy day! Their broth is one of the best, most flavorable I have had, exceptional taste and the bowls are FULL! This is a favorite for a reason.
A great place #13 was up, the perfect dune-in catches me on a cold winter day, with juicy fat breeze and round eye steak, and extra jalapeños. My Pho was in the middle of $12 (Jan 2022) and they accept cards. I would definitely return.
If you have believed a piping hot bowl of Pho and look to satisfy this urge, Pho 98 is the place for you! I love the fact that they are open at 9:30 a.m. to make your Pho breakfast as on the streets of Hanoi Saigon in 95 degrees weather: The bowl of the Pho comes with the standard side plate, the bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil and lime (or lemon along with a lil scuba sauce bowl with hoisin and Sriracha to taste your broth further or the different pieces of meat you order. The broth is absolutely amazing, and you can get lost in its depth of taste : It is full of warming spices, including star anise, cloves and cinnamon. I literally can't think of a better way to start your day! Great food, great service at a great price....what not to love? 5 stars round!!!

Spouse ordered chickens. The food was okay. Not bad, but not remarkable enough to bring me back. $35 for three bowls of soup seems a bit much. If someone really likes Pho, I'd take her. But I won't go back alone. UPDATE FEB 2021: Service and dining area still very good. I spent some time exploring the menu and VN food, so I was better prepared to make better decisions. The result was a much better lunch. If they could improve the parking...
