Birria Chaparral

Some really great tacos and quesadillas (taco’s with cheese). They are the bomb. Awesome food for what they put out. Not enclosed but it has ample sitting space. For I never new that this restaurant was here, lesson than a mile away on Broadmoore in Chaparral. Thank you for a great meal. I was visiting el paso from nyc and wanted to try the best birria tacos. They were very flavorful and an excellent value. The staff were super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting el paso who wants to try flavorful and authentic birria.

This is the only birria joint that satisfies my soul in the South West. The food is always tasty, and the ingredients are fresh. The quality is consistent. I have never been to a restaurant where they wrap the tacos like it's a baby! With love, care, and passion.I've been visiting this place since July 2022. It's a must to stop when I visit EP.Much respect for the family that runs the business. Thank you to all of you ?.
