Wendy's - Chesterton

They made a mistake on my order but they rectified it right away pretty good for a Wendy's

The Staff was polite and friendly, but the chicken and hamburgers were slightly above room temperature. We purchased three meals.

I got a grilled chicken wrap and when I got half way through eating it, I noticed something black in my lettuce. it started moving and was a bug coming from inside my wrap. Safe to say I will never be eating Wendy’s again?

I ordered the baconator with no mayo, it even said on the ticket, and I still got mayo on the burger. I also had no ice in my strawberry lemonade and didn’t get a straw as well. Lastly, my burger and my fries came barely warm, I had to heat them up in the microwave so I could actually somewhat enjoy them.

While my husband stood in line to order, I ran to the rest room. First off, you do a disservice to women when you designate both rest rooms family . I waited for a guy to exit, and found that he had literally sprayed everywhere, the floor, the seat, I mean this guy must have thought it was funny. I went for paper towels so I could flush it and put some on the puddle, but no paper towels. We left and went to Subway. Disgusting.
