Contribuer aux commentairesThis is the third time I ordered online. I'm not coming back. three times I ordered unsweetened icy. recorded sweetened. I don't understand. I ordered burger. all dinge didn't know until I came home. near $12.00 worth of food I paid never received. will not be back.
I stood in register for 8 minutes before I had to wipe one of the 6 employees for the service. no “hi can i help you?” or “Can I take her order?” not a word, as several employees came past me again and again. I then waited for my order for approx. 10 minutes before it was confused for a job that was just prepared. that wasn't it. my order had waited for the regal behind the register, no one said a word. the young women there were almost exclusively telephone.
I ordered 30+ dollars of food from the drive thru and didn’t receive all of my items. I was missing my Burger. The Fries were the wrong size and I didn’t even receive any straws for my drinks. When I returned to get my sandwich they could not help me because I did not a have a receipt since I was never given one to begin with. Overall disappointing experience. At least the Chili was good I guess.
Worst experience in a long time. Want to be ignored and made fun of over the speaker this is your place. So upset after waiting for 15 minutes for our food that we just left. Hope someone enjoyed our food.
The food I ordered last night through the drive through I waited so long and it was no one in the store or in the drive through line. I waited so long they hand me my food and it’s cold the fries the chicken nuggets I haded it back to the man he apologized. And when I got home the bake potatoes the double stacked burger taste spoiled It didn’t even taste right and the natural lemonade was horrible no taste only thing was good was the chocolate frosty I was so hungry I wanted to take the food back in the morning but the man didn’t give me a receipt they need to do better at night time this is so unacceptable!
