The restaurant was fine I was unhappy to learn that they don't actually use the open table app even though you have them listed.... so.... that was very confusing once we got there.

I made an Open Table reservation for Super Bowl Sunday. When I arrived, they informed me that they were not accepting any of the Open Table reservations that had been made: that it was phone only, and that there were absolutely no seats available. While I was standing there in disbelief, another guy came in behind me and started yelling at them because they had been rude to his wife over exactly the same issue. This place is truly messed up. They offered me vouchers, but I said I was never going back there. I should have read the previous reviews first, because they're all bad, and I could have known better.

This restaurant doesn’t use Open Table or take reservations; so this option is useless

First, they don't even take open table reservations, it went downhill from there. Been there 2 times and the service was horrible. Orders were wrong, took forever to give the order and even longer to even get a drink much less food. Will never go back.

Had a reservation for a party of 8, but was told they forgot to turn off their Open Table app, and could not seat us at all because they were capacity. Saturday night special occasion and had to drive around looking for another place, pathetic. Had all day to make other arrangements had they bothered to be in the slightest bit professional. One Star is way too many
