City Roast Coffee - Cleveland

The customer service leaves much to wish, but the coffee is good?

Rudest employee taking the coffee orders. Very abrupt, and not kind in the slightest. Also, very dirty in there. I felt grubby ordering there. Fruit flies etc flying around. I canceled my order and went elsewhere. Looked promising but awful first experience and I won’t be back.

This is one of two places that I like getting iced mochas from. It's not too sweet and consistently good.

The management of City Roast is absolutely kind with his responses in regards to a poor experience at the shop i had earlier, he was quick to reply and sort the situation. as a long time patron of the shop, i will gladly continue returning to support his business and continue to send my clientele his way!

I have been visiting this restaurant for years now, and I have always experienced poor energy and customer service. If you are looking for bland tea and subpar service, then this is the place for you. The coffee is overpriced and the staff are not properly trained.
