I am incredibly disappointed at this place. I'd set 0 stars if I could. I sat with my man and I went to the toilet room where I saw that the Handicap stall had no door. a woman with impediment was forced to use the toilet room without door because there was no other possibility. I can't believe that panera thinks it's okay to enforce her customers. not only was there no stable, but it was disgusting dirty and unlived and the toilets were everywhere water. absolutely follow. Better panera.
I ordered a bagel this morning (shown in the picture) and it came to me over the taste. I inquired with the manager for a less tortured and shared my care, and fortunately he brought out a new very fast. first Notch customer service from the order counter to the order pickup.
We just returned from eating at this location and both of us decided it will be our last. We just foolishly paid over $33.00 for a small salad, half a sandwich, one cup of coffee and two bowls of cold soup. That works out to almost 7.00 per food item, which, even in these days of looming economic disaster, is ludicrous. I 've been served cold soup at Panera Bread before and when I pointed it out to one of their ever unhelpful employees, I was told that I could microwave it myself somewhere in the vicinity of their coffee dispensers. Well, ok. So tonight did it for both of us. No more Panera Bread at this location or anywhere else. If a company that prides itself of serving clean food can 't deliver a bowl of hot soup, I don 't have time for them.
