The greatest sushi place in Middle Tennessee! Sashimi is hyper fresh. I love the Garzilla Roll, the Crazy Tuna Roll, the Osaka Roll, and especially the Crazy Friday Roll. The best deal is the Boat for 2. Fantastic customer service. It my favorite restaurant in my hometown. Lunch specials are really reasonable.

Every item at Fujiyama 's has been outstanding. The service and consistency of freshness is expected. All the custom rolls are to die for. The Russ Roll, Crazy Tuna Roll and Garzilla Roll are some of my favorites. The sashimi is the best in Middle TN, south of Nashville. Such a slice of asian culture and healthy food? It 's one of our finest restaurants in the Columbia and surrounding areas. Make time to enjoy it. You 're not just filling up that hunger hole, here. Good people, good service, good food. If you think you don 't like sushi, get a Garzilla roll as an appetizer. It 's a deep fried roll with the hint of sushi, but the reassurance of having been not only cooked , but fried. If you love nigiri and sashimi, the best sushi rolls and the freshest fish, you have got to try Fujiuama. Highly recommend the Russ Roll and the Crazy Tuna Rolls. If you need a bit of fire under it, so it won't be confused with your fishing bait (haha) try the Garzilla Roll. Of the cooked rolls, it is an excellent choice that everyone will enjoy. Fujiyama's is one of our finest restaurants in Columbia. Makes a meal a very special occasion.

The seaweed salad was frozen, had a bad odor and unpleasant taste. The sushi did not smell fresh, did not have good flavor and was super rubbery. They put slices of lemon between the fish as if trying to mask something. Ive never seen that before. The wontons in the soup were okay but the broth tasted like it was loaded down with pepper. I took one bite of everything except the wontons in the soup and threw the rest away. I try not to ever leave bad reviews, and maybe they were just having an off night, but this was terrible. It also wasnt bagged well. They put the larger containers on top of the small containers, which made the bag fall over after the dasher dropped it off. I will not be ordering from here again. Im only giving it 2 stars because the wontons were the only thing worth a halfway thumbs up.
