Steakhouse "old school" avec un minimum de fioritures, donc la nourriture doit être brillante! La nourriture était solide, la serveuse a eu du mal et notre temps total au restaurant était proche de 90 minutes - beaucoup trop lent étant donné qu'ils n'étaient pas occupés. Voir tous les avis.
The service was attentive, friendly and helpful, eating high quality quality and the wine list was worth a good one. the relaxing ambiente added to a very pleasant experience.
We went for the lunar new year afternoon tea, although some of the tasting were quite delicious, there were too many sweets and not enough hearty. the selection of tees was very limited and we were offered only 1 cups. will I have gone back to this experience? No. I have teelokale on other afternoons and they were far superior.
My eggs were super runny, although I just ordered and the service was overall bad. I made a reservation for high tee and could not be accommodated, but then we decided to order the brunch and it was a great disappointment. will not return. the personal is not trained on customer service. instead of just bringing me a new order of iron, the waitress grabbed a spoon and scrubbed the eggs of my teller that I really found strange. the eggs that were brought after were cooked over, but I have nothing to say when I didn't want them to touch my plate again.
Perfect place for lunch brunch. Meals were tasty and well Portioned. Wait staff and hostess were lovely. Beautiful bright decor. Only neg was the lack of several types of teas.
Overall it was a very confusing experience. I was doing a special lunar new year afternoon tea set and the service was subpar. The server was nice and friendly but was quite inattentive. It may be a staffing issue but it took an hour for us to receive our food that has a set menu with a reservation made in advance. We would have understood why it took so long to receive our food if there was more communication. We were only informed of a delay after 55 minutes of waiting. Also it was quite alarming that no staff member asked/ addressed my allergy note on the reservation. By 30-40 mins in I was quite concerned if the allergy note was received on my reservation as that is usually addressed immediately. I ended up asking if the allergy note was received on the reservation and was informed the kitchen is aware but then our server came back asking to specify which allergy I had. There were many details missed that I would have expected from a “fine” dining establishment. No explanation of the food item was given, no allergy concern, tea pot filled with lukewarm water, barely any communication/ check ins from staff.
