Contribuer aux commentairesDuring my recent visit to this restaurant, I was disappointed to see that the entire kitchen and wait staff were eating their own lunch during the lunch service, leaving no one to attend to the customers. This lack of attention resulted in a frustrating dining experience, as there was no one available to assist with any requests. The Tom Yum soup I ordered was overly salty, requiring me to ask for hot water to dilute it. The wait staff seemed indifferent to the issue and needed multiple reminders to address it. When I requested to speak to the manager or owner, I was informed that the owner, Tony, was out of the country until the end of the month, which seemed to explain the overall lack of care and concern. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service at this restaurant and would not recommend it to others.
I live the parramatta branch but got take away from here,and while I enjoyed the food they didn't cut up the duck properly,they were hard to seperate.
Pretty good place! Food is looking good and tasty! Would rec pineapple fried rice. Price is not cheap but fair. Would go agin.

We visited this restaurant today (April 24th) for a family dinner. The service was very abrupt and the staff, particularly Niki, was extremely rude. We will not be returning to this establishment. There are many great Thai restaurants in the Strathfield area that we will be exploring instead. The staff seemed uninterested and ignored us while we had to repeatedly signal for service. Some of them even appeared to be racist and incompetent, as many couldn't speak English properly. They lacked patience when taking our food orders and seemed to be rushing around without direction. The tables were sticky to the touch, indicating poor cleanliness standards. One has to wonder about the hygiene of their kitchen and food preparation. We urge others to boycott this restaurant and send a clear message that rudeness is not acceptable in the hospitality industry. It seems like their success has gone to their heads.
