Wendy's - Cordele

I absolutely adore this place! I ordered the spicy chicken and it was delicious. The staff, including the manager, were very friendly and the restaurant was well-kept.

The staff at Wendy's were very pleasant and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food they served.

We had to wait for ten minutes on a Friday night to receive our food at this restaurant. Despite there only being three other tables occupied, the employee working there received their food before us.

We placed an order for takeout as we were traveling in a camper. After we all placed our orders and I went to pay, they accidentally deleted our order. It took 5 minutes to re-enter the order and pay. They asked for our name to notify us when it was ready. Some of our group went outside to wait. Despite 17 cars going through the drive-thru, our name was never called and our meals were not ready. After waiting for 24 minutes, I went up to ask about our order and also requested some napkins and utensils. Our order finally came out, but it was missing a specially ordered item and was cold. There were no napkins or utensils available in bags or on the tables. We quickly finished our meal and left, as we didn't want to wait any longer. It was a frustrating experience and we were eager to leave before someone in our group lost their temper.

Oh my goodness, this was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to! It took 28 minutes to receive my order, and they were not even busy! My drink was wet both inside and out, and it was dirty. The server claimed she recycled it and I had to ask for a new one. The fries were left out and arrived cold. The server put them back in the fryer (along with a few other fries) and then placed them back in my original container. When I asked for fresh fries, she said she had just made them. However, when I confronted her about what she had done, they eventually made me fresh fries. The manager even threw them back in the fryer and then put my container back in the holder meant for fresh fries. I did not receive fresh fries, only reheated and even crispier fries. I am certain that some of their actions violate Wendy's business policies. I have never been so disappointed with my experience here. If I could give them a zero or a negative rating, I would.
