Quaint local pub that gives you the local Irish feel and taste. The food is great and the local beer,(Murphys) is great. And they served me the whole pint of Murphy's. Unlike Kate Kearney's Cottage, that served it in mini glass. The service is superb. The entertainers were good, they really engaged the audience to participate. The inside is very cozy. It's a good experience of the local pub feel.
Good location with lots of paid parking. Large bar with lots of seating. Lot of screens to catch any sports. Friendly staff. Ordered the fish and chips it was decent, could have been less greasier. If I am ever around again will come back to try other items.
This place truly represents Ireland. The server was helpful and always came by to see how I was enjoying the meal. I came in a little early for lunch, but they were still able to make it. I had an Irish Coffee, a meat pie and would love to have stayed longer if not for the fact that I had somewhere to be. This would be a place never to forget, and if I ever have the luck to return to Cork, I would definitely have to come here. It was on random luck I decided to stop in, and I am more than thrilled that I had that opportunity.
We came in earlier in the day so the place was quiet but service was good. Parking in this area is challenging if your not from around there so be prepared to spend some time figuring that out. Food was good and place was clean.
