It was open this evening so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed at all. The food we had was freshly cooked and very tasty. I had chicken fajitas which were amazing, my husband had cod and chips which were delicious too. One of the few places which serve REAL chips not frozen ones. Dog friendly too which is a bonus as we took our golden retriever
We stopped her for a cream tea and it was amazing the food and service were out of tthis world deffo a place i wouild go back to time and time again
We visited today for a cream tea and it was so gorgeous . Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Just a mention for the lovely gentleman who served us as he was very busy but still made us very welcome
Lovely looking Resturant with nice outside seating. We ordered our meals and alarm bells started ringing when all you could hear was the pinging of a microwave. When the food arrived the lasagna top was burnt and you needed a chisel to get into it. One of the meals had peas on it if you could call them peas again overcooked in microwave. To say it was a one off the 2nd lasagna ordered was the same the only meal that’s was passable was the fajitas. When asked if the meal was ok my partner said no both lasagnas were awful to which the waiter replied ohh were they. A good chef would not of sent them out. Such a shame for a prime location.
Molly and Tim were amazing hosts both were very welcoming. The restaurant vibe was relaxed and chilled and the food was delicious. I would honest recommend this restaurant to anyone, we sat outside for the evening and caught the last of the Cornish sun. The surf and turf is a must have!
