Even though we have to drive a minimum of 30-40 minutes to reach one from our home (our favorite is the Bridgeport Village location), we always make the trip when we are out and about and ready to eat. We have visited every location in the Portland and Beaverton areas, but the Corvallis location was the worst experience we have had. The music was very loud, which may be expected in a college town. My daughter, who attended OSU in the past, is a fan of Qdoba as well. However, the employees couldn't hear us and we had to repeat our order five times because of the noise level. The portion sizes looked like they came from a children's menu, with less than half the usual amount of food for the full price. I have never seen a Qdoba so stingy with ingredients, not even giving us half a spoonful of queso. The dishes we ordered were usually quite moist, but the ones we received at this location were dry and difficult to eat. We will not be returning to this location in the future.
Every time we visit this restaurant, we encounter issues. On multiple occasions, our order has been lost and I have had to show the staff what we ordered online and read it to them in order for them to make it correctly. Sometimes they forget to include sour cream or guacamole even though it should be included. One time, a staff member rudely told me to “that’s not our problem” when I asked to fix an order. We always order the same thing and tonight, half of our fajitas were so spicy that we couldn't eat them. Additionally, the customer service is terrible. The staff is always unfriendly and they never acknowledge when thanked. These issues need to be addressed and corrected.
I had a bad experience at Qdoba, it was the worst store I have ever been to. It was always dirty, empty, and the food was not fresh. The owners work there and they are not pleasant to interact with. I asked about their selection of sauces and they only gave me two options. If you're looking for this type of food in Corvallis, you're better off going to Chipotle a few blocks away.
They charge 4.99 for delivery and they only delivered half of my order. I had to go to the restaurant to pick up the rest of it because a driver was not available to deliver the rest of our order. do not pay to reuse their delivery service.
The brown rice in my bowl is hard and severely undercooked. Chewing it felt like it was going to break my teeth. I went up and let the employees know. they were really nice and remade the bowl for me!
