Contribuer aux commentairesMy husband and I went there for lunch today. I had the octupus slowly cooked in the oven which made it incredibly tender and my husband had the bacalao cooked also in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil. The recipe was the same for both of the dishes and we really enjoyed it very much. I am sure that the dishes were prepared at the moment, because there was a delay in getting our order. However, I prefer this, I do not like reheated food.
Nice dinner at an outside table. Good Portuguese cuisine but not fine dining. Good shrimp appetizer, mussels, bacalao. Second time here. Fado nights are more interesting in my experience. Limited selection of Portuguese wines.
Lvsitano is a really great portuguese restaurant in MX DF. It has the most traditional portuguese dishes as well great wines. If you want to know what's better just ask Pedro the owner and he will be able to give you great recommendations. They have live music in certain days. I had a great time and definitely will be back there soon.
This was a great discovery in a lovely neighbourhood of DF. The Bife na Pedra and Caldo Verde were fantastic and the chocolate mousse divine. A great choice to remember home by. Highly recommended.
I have visited this restaurant in many ocassions now and it´s always a great experience. "Chorizo" for starters is a must . We tried " bacalao a las natas" and as usual was excellent. The new disk were the mussels and they were also fantastic.Portuguese wine Flor de Crasto is also a must. Unfortunately very few reviews keep this fantastic restaurant very far in the list of Mexico City restaurants, but I encourage all tripadvisor readers to try it.
