Fantastic as always. One of our go-to spots, the staff and menu are just outstanding!
I hadn't been to this restaurant in a few years since it moved to another location in North Texas. When my wife and I visited, the owner came straight to us and greeted us as if it was just yesterday, Mr. Carley. It had been about ten years since our last visit, and he reminded us of that fact (unbelievable). The restaurant was just as we remembered it - delicious food, excellent service, and a stylish atmosphere. Don't wait another ten years to visit again!
Tried this little bistro for the first time for our anniversary. Big mistake. My husband ordered the duck and barely managed to eat his meal. I ordered the sole and found it dry not fresh, but probably first frozen. We have eaten in wonderful restaurants around the world, so we know the difference between good and bad food. They seem to have a loyal episode of older people, but we wouldn't recommend eating anyone there who knows the difference in the taste of high-quality food. I pointed out that it was our anniversary on the reservation, but no notice was paid. Very different from other restaurants where we thrive for our anniversary, and they have made a point to say something. On a positive note we shared a heart of palm salad with a mustard vinaigrette dressing that was really good as the rest of the meal was uncomfortable!
Quite the hidden gem. Food was spectacular and matched by the service. Will definitely return again soon.
