C'était une soirée tranquille quand nous étions là-bas, mais la nourriture était cuite parfaitement, des cocktails étaient excellents et le service était attentif Voir tous les avis.
Ce que User n'aime pas dans Second Floor Regionally Inspired Kitchen :
Le service était très lent. J'ai dû attendre des boissons. Le serveur était agréable mais semblait avoir eu beaucoup de tables. Semblait comme tout le monde regardait autour quand ils avaient besoin de boissons ou autre chose. Une entrée a été très mitigée et nous devions l'envoyer. N'avait pas été offert dessert, mais à ce moment-là, le dîner avait pris trop longtemps, nous avons donc décidé de partir et de trouver... Voir tous les avis.
The food was pretty nice. I had the carne asada steak with fries. Really enjoyed the marinate on the steak. The service was terribly slow and I didn't get a server for over 15-20 minutes. Granted it was around 10pm and the bar was a little busy. Moreof a bar atmosphere but a good late night adoption if staying at the Westin.
Husband went here on a Thursday around 2pm to do some work and have a late lunch he sat at the bar. Nobody acknowledged him for 20 minutes, even after he asked someone to tell the manager. After finally being recognized, he asked the bartender for anold fashioned she didn?t know how to make it and handed him a dirty paper menu. Isn?t this supposed to be a higher end whiskeybar? He proceeded to tell her how to make the drink and she didn?t understand the difference between scotch and whiskey. Getyour act together, Second Floor. Will not be back.
We love the location and have been many times. Lately, the food has taken a dive in quality. We went today for Father?s Day. There were not any kid options, so we had to order off of the main menu for our two kids. I ordered the steak. It was honestlyone of the worst steaks I have ever paid for at a restaurant. Bland, not cooked properly, and the quality of beef was what Iexpect out of the clearance section at a mid range grocery store. The Brussel sprouts were described as ?roasted? on the menu,but came out soggy and full of water. I hope this place can turn it around soon.
TOP TIER! First time ever eating at a roof top restaurant. Quality and service was AMAZING! The Ethiopian waiter who?s name is Bush, made our experience even better. He was extremely welcoming and conversational and took some of the BEST pictures of ourlife for us! Follow on IG to see @iamzazel @uniquechene! Our waitress was also very patient and polite. Unfortunately I don?tremember her name but I Highly recommend visiting this place. Lamb chops was A1!
The night was all!! The food was amazing and the service was great! Very attentive waitress. It's a clear repetition!
