The Capital Grille Dallas Uptown

Steaks were perfectly cooked. Sides were great and appetizers were spot on. One of the better high end steak house experiences in a long time!

Different steak places have different cooking styles. For this class of restaurant and style I say Capital Grille is the best in the square mile of steak places downtwn. Not just the steaks but all the intems we ordered. For example, creamed spinach. Many places use too much cream mix and drowns out the spinach. Capital Grille does it right. Also, server Steve always takes good care of us.

The meal was very pleasant. great for a business lunch. noise level was fun, but low enough for good talks.

Excellent, although the tomahawk veal chop was not tender, although perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Table next to us was very loud! our waiter was friendly enough to move us to dessert. steak amazing. kartoffel could have been a bit warmer. all other foods and employees excellent. to understand such a good waiter!
