Kfc - Denver

The food was quite disappointing. We ordered extra crispy chicken, but after just a five-minute drive back to the hotel, the breading had become very soggy and was falling off the chicken. I doubt this was just due to it being in the bucket. They were also out of biscuits at 8 PM, and half of our lager sides were served in small containers. Based on the overall situation, it seems likely that the chicken had been sitting around for a while before it was served, which is why it turned out soggy.

The donut sandwich was incredible—so sweet! It's something you can only indulge in once in a while. You definitely need to try it when it's hot and fresh!

To begin with, if you're going to have staff working in a food preparation area, they should appear clean and maintain good hygiene. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. The cashier made me wait for about five minutes while he argued with another team member. After finally taking my order, he told me I couldn't pay with cash because they didn't have any change.

I had a great experience at this KFC! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. The service was prompt, and the food was hot and fresh. However, I think KFC could improve on their quality control, as I've had issues at other locations in the past where they ran out of chicken. Nonetheless, I would definitely return to this location primarily because the staff was so wonderful.

Great chicken and friendly staff! I've used the drive-thru a few times, and the only slow experience I encountered was when they were still cooking the fries—it took about 5 minutes. However, they were fresh and delicious! A perfect spot for a quick dinner.
