Kokoro - Denver

I absolutely love Kokoro! It's one of the few restaurants that I find myself craving. The chicken katsu is the best I've ever had, and the classic beef bowl is always my go-to choice. For dessert, the green tea cheesecake is light and offers a delicious balance of sweetness and slight tartness, making it the perfect way to end the meal.

The service was very personal and friendly, and the food was just as I anticipated. The level of service is always excellent, surpassing what you might expect from a casual restaurant. I truly appreciate dining there every time.

We eat at Kokoro quite often and have never had a bad experience. The food is tasty and filling.

Food is good, definitely in a pinch. Basic, fast and healthy... it's been in the Denver market forever! The tastefulness was much better in the late 80s, early 90s. I am not quite sure why they so drastically changed their quality and flavor. Although, I am still evidently a fan, but I'm not too sure if it is for culinary reasons or out of nostalgia.
