However what took away from the experience was that the employee who prepared the soda made such a mess that there was more soda on outside of my cupthen inside. I told the employee that the soda was messy and dripping. I thought they would clean it up or at least.give menapkins. The employee saw the mess and acknowledged that ot was dripping all over the place.They siad they were sorry butstill handed me the soda that was dripping and messy They did not clean it up or give me napkins to clean up the dripping sodathey handed me. I had to insist and ask for napkins and more napkins. At first afte asking for napkins to clean up the messysoda they just gave me 1 napkin. This dripping soda made a mess on my handa and car. I also asked for sweet and sour sauce formy nuggets and ketchup. I also asked for sour cream and butter for my baked potato. They told me that was ithey were all in thebag However they did not put the items in thers.was not there. I paid $2.69+tax for a dry potato with no flavor due to theemployees not putting the items in the bag. I had also also asked the employee for a reciept so I could know how much was lefton my Wendy's gift card. They told me that it was in the bag. But sadly there was no reciept in the bag. I will give themanother try. I hope that my next visit is much better. Also due to covid and staffing they are only open for drive through until8PM.
If you have a craving for Wendy's do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs!! We live in town here but always go to the Vacaville location because this one is a joke! They just got done remodeling the dining room so we decided to see if maybe they found some help that was worth a **** and give them another chance but no it's the same as before, cold food and more expensive than other locations.
It's Wendy's. Of course you have to wait in line and sometimes the drive-through is very long, so I will simply walk in to get what I need other than that I use the app to get the food.
Staff is just rude as heck. They got into a full argument with a customer who received the wrong food in the drive in.They gave me the wrong type of cheeseburger then told me that was what I ordered. It wasn 't.They don 't repeat your order back to you, nor do they give you a receipt until you get your food.I 'm a huge fan of Wendy 's. It 's my favorite of the fast food places. But this location is poorly run, and they don 't care, because it 's a franchise location, according to them.
Not nice at the drive threw , tried to skimp me on everything, wouldn't give condements , we're out of 3 menue items .. I understand life happens but then the service was nasty and acted like I was putting them out ... I like Wendy's I don't do fast food often but Wendy's I can handle .. this one I could not .. if you can avoud and try another one they are usually on point I was surprised to see this one operating the way it does ..
