I recommend this place very much!
This has become my husband and I'm favorite spot in Dothan! The rolls are unbelievable! And if you aren't into sushi, they have other things on the menu like hibachi chicken and rice. Love the decor and the staff is always quick and friendly! If you haven't ever had sushi, this would be a great place to start dipping your toes in!
A little expensive for me. Over $10 person. I went with a group and didn't realize it was going to be that costly. Just for me and my wife the bill was around $40. I wanted some fried rice on the side but our waiter completely forgot. We told him to not worry about my fried rice.. I'm glad we didn't get billed for the fried rice. On a positive note the food was really good. Look to spend about $12-$13 or more per person plus tip.
I usually Come during lunch hours and my rating would be 5 stars. However, i come For dinner and got the spider roll with soy paper. Told the waiter i could T even pick it up because it was just falling apart (picture is how they brought it) I politely Told him i couldnt Eat it if they could redo it and he said it was because of the soy paper and i told Him no sir i get It all the time and it never looks like this. He threw his hands up and said well I’ll just tell them to redo it. Very upset at the way he acted.
If Shrimp tempura is what you like, these rolls are for you as very few rolls contained fish. I had seen a lot of reviews and posts on FB raving about this place. I couldn't be more disappointed. Ordered one roll because walking out after drinking our water would have been rude. We ordered a roll that did have fish and it was tasty but skimpy on the fish. Then went to Mikata's.
